Hello I'm booked in your hotel as part of GAP tour starting March 7. I will arrive March 5 and plan to go to Xian for 3 days. Two questions - I would like to have the ticket for the Xian trip delivered to the hotel for me to pick up on March 5. And would like to leave/store a suitcase until March 7. Is that possible?
