Hello I'm booked in your hotel as part of GAP tour starting March 7. I will arrive March 5 and plan to go to Xian for 3 days. Two questions - I would like to have the ticket for the Xian trip delivered to the hotel for me to pick up on March 5. And would like to leave/store a suitcase until March 7. Is that possible? Hello, We are a couple from Holland and we are arriving september the 6th 2009 in your hotel for cycling-holiday. We have two cycleboxes (carbon) in wich we store our bicycles for transport. Can we store the 2 boxes somewhere in the hotel? We'll come back for two nights at 25 and 26 of september. We would like to reuse the boxes for transport to Holland again. We hope to hear from you.
